Terrible customer service. Have been calling and emailing for months, in order to purchase replacement cushions for a patio set, and they do not respond. Zero support.

Defective Products - Horrible customer service.

I have been trying for almost 6 weeks to get a replacement part for an item. They never answer the phone and do not return phone calls. I purchased $7000 worth of product from them (through Costco) which I will now return due to the fact that they could not ship me a $5 hinge that was defective from the start. I hope that Costco reconsiders their relationship with them.
