The service techn...
The service technician did not speak English or French very well. He could not understand written English, when told to go left, he went right. He billed the establishment housing our instrument, instead of the instrument owner that was on record, or who made the service call. Charged over $400 for a small filter which the tech said (from what we could understand) "was not essential to the operation". An to top it all off, their call-in help line does not allow for rotary dial phones.
