Excellent service and very friendly. I understand those that might be put off a bit when discussing their project over the phone as I agree with a previous review - be patient, they are here to help. Theyve been in business since 1992 so they have to be doing something right? Budget Glass & Mirror were the best quote by far and they went out of there way to help me. Believe me, you wont be disappointed with their product or service!

I had the best experience! I had my order completed in one day and it was New Years Eve! The gentleman was incredibly helpful and polite. The woman who served me when I picked up my order was lovely and even carried my glass to my car. Price was great!!! I would come back again for sure!

Excellent customer service! I walked in to have a glass tabletop replaced and they were able to fix it within the day. The pricing was very reasonable and they gave me a series of prices and options for my table. They are very accommodating and friendly. This company goes the extra mile. I would gladly take any other item there for repair.
