Dump It Bins

Do not use they won't return my deposit.

I ordered a bin at the of may. No one answered my repeat phone calls or bothered to return my message. When I did get ahold of someone almost a week later I was told they missed processing my order. They did not miss processing my etransfer for the 500.00 deposit however. I was ensured that my deposit would be returned back to me by the end if next business day. Today's august 22nd and I still have no deposit back and no one us answering my phone calls.

HORRIBLE!! Overcharged me to almost double with no invoice to prove the weight . Refused to answer emails, phone calls, messages and emails started to bounce back! Charged me over $600 for just a little bit of drywall pieces (max 2 tonnes). 3 months later they still haven't responded.. going to cc company!!

AVOID at all cost!! Took my money. No bin. No refund. No call backs. No email replies. Nothing. Filing a fraud with my credit card. We should all do the same. Anyone have their physical address??

Exact issue as everyone else $500 charge to my cc and no invoice or receipt. D al on the website was $99 bin rental ant $$99 per ton. No calls answered no emails returned absolute rip off. I'll be filing a claim with my cc company. DO NOT USE DUMPITBINS

Really wish we read all the bad reviews first. Gave a $500 deposit over 2 months ago and are still waiting for $200 return. Doubt we will receive it as all calls and voicemails not being responded to.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE !!!! I made the mistake of using this company I placed a call for the bin to be picked up from my driveway on Monday June 5 and now it is 1pm on Friday June 9 and the bin is still on my driveway. I have called everyday at least 4-5 times a day since Tuesday and the girl has everyday told me the manager is not in and she will leave a message on his personal line.The manager in 4 days did not care to spend 2 mins of his time to call me back.

BRUTAL!!!! PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY! This was actually THE WORST experience ever ! They were supposed to drop it off on a Saturday and it never showed. We cancelled on Monday and they STILL delivered it on Wednesday. They were supposed to pick it up on the following Monday ... it's been 2 weeks and it's still in my driveway. 3-4 phone calls a day that go unanswered. They even changed their number at one point! KEEP LOOKING, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!

I wish there was a negative rating. Called for a bin promised delivery the next day. Nothing shows up next day and my project was at a stand still waiting for the bin to arrive. Called them several times, left VMs but no one returned the calls. Finally got to a person and she told me she will check with dispatch and will call me back, which never happened. Around 6pm again got hold of the lady and she told me that it would have to be tomorrow now. Told her to cancel, she hung up. Stay away!!

This is borderline a scam! They charge you a deposit and 3 months later they have not refunded the balance, not to mention they don't drop off or pick up when promised. Save yourself the headache and look for another company!!!

Run away from Dump-It Bins - FAST !!!!

Horrible experience. Never answer phones or return calls. Mislead and lie about the service and they will charge a lot more to your credit card than is agreed to.

Charged Twice

Terrible experience, Charged Twice for the same bin!!!! Garbage bin was delivered late by a day as they kept on claiming it would come but ended up coming the next day. Than I was charged $750.00 on April 6th. Than on April 23rd, had an additional charge on my VISA for $705.89 without my authorization. A total of $1455.89! I tried getting in contact with them many times but I'm not able to reach them anymore! Phone Number don't seem to work anymore.

When they process the $500 deposit, they are only supposed to get an authorization for it. When the weight of the garbage is calculated, only then are supposed to post the actual amount to be charged to your account, just like when you pay at the pump for gas. Instead they posted the $500 deposit and never gave me any sort of refund despite their not being able to deliver the wrong bin (50' truck on one way st = almost running over cars), I had to go to my credit card company and place a claim.

This is the worst place to rent a bin. I ordered a bin on Friday and was told it would show up on Saturday, it is now Sunday afternoon and still no bin. I've called a number of time and no one answers. I've left my number a couple of time and asked them to call me back and still nothing. What a waste of my weekend. Whatever you do, do not rent from this company. You will be veeerrry disappointed.

I placed an order for a Bin which arrived two days late, needless to say that was bad enough but we figured they must be very busy and it happens, I'll cut them some slack. Once the job was done, after previously scheduling a pickup date, they were two days late for pickup as well, leaving us with no room in the driveway for those extra 2 days, and go figure, on the second day I get a parking ticket for being on the road. Not happy at all. No clear info about the real weigh of the bin content.

Promised me a 14 bin on Saturday showed up with a 40 couldn't fit in my driveway 5 hours late. Promised to be there Monday at 8:30am never showed. When I returned home 14 bin was there and my BB net which is attached to a concrete pole was knocked over. Won't return my calls, or repair damage. Came home Wed BIN was gone and I never had a chance to fill it, driveway damaged, no message or return calls about my property damage -worst experience ever. Stay well away.

Easy to book, the guy told me $650 deposit but then took $750 from my cc. It didn't show up on the date we arranged. I called, he was very apologetic and told me they had issues but it would come the next day which it did. I called 3 days ago for it to be picked up, they said no problem it was already scheduled then. I still have this bin in my driveway and nobody is answering my phone calls or emails. I've left voicemail, nothing. After reading all of the negative reviews I'm kicking myself now

Terrible Service and Overcharged

Horrible experience with this company. Lack of communication, nothing was on time. Overbilled on weight and then they were rude and ignored me. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest others do the same.

we rented a bin from dump it bins 2 weeks ago, the process was fairly simple, our bin arrived the next day on time and picked up a week later, all in all my wife and i had a great experience.

I have never even come close to the 4.09 tons of garbage that dump it bins said I had in the 20 yard bin I rented from them. They have overcharged me. The were 1 week late picking up the bin which meant my customer had a bin in their driveway for an extra week. They haven't responded to my request to see the weigh ticket from the dump. I have not received the credit for the difference between the actual charge and the $650 deposit I gave them. I hope nobody else rents from them
