    This apartment ha...

    This apartment has terrible heating problem. Room temperature is at 19 degrees. Many people complained and they raised up the temperature for like a month!! And now it's dropping to 19 again at New Years Eve!!!! We had people over and everyone was freezing!!! Happy f new year!!!
