We had many tools with issues during this summer and iTech was able to help us with all of them! They were very prompt and went above and beyond the call of duty. Very much appreciated. I was contacting for a friend who needed parts and Jim found the suitable part and worked with me 100% to get the part to my friend even the same day. We couldn't have been more pleased. Ordered parts for my planer. They did all they can do to sourced the parts. Parts arrived earlier than expected. Customer service are courteous and nice! I will always go back to them.

It has been Months and my tool is still not even looked at for repair. Good thing it has a 5 year warranty. Will never get another tool of mine.
