Great business, excellent service and amazing food. WIFI worked excellent and I received great reception. All in all a great atmosphere to be in and the regulars make you feel welcomed and part of their group.
Worst hotel experience ever! I stayed at the hotel for a night as a stop by. First, there is no reception. I have to check in at the restaurant. With only one staff doing everything, it was a bit chaotic. Then the password for wifi only worked at the restarant area but not at my room. I told the front but the issue has never been fixed. Last but not least, I paid in cash and they required $200 deposit, which is normal from my understanding. But in the morning when I try to check out, there is no body there. I couldn't get my money back. I had to wait untill noon for them to start working. Wasting the whole day. I would rather sleep in the car next time.

The restaurant was closed and was under renovation during this time. I am not sure what this person is referring to. Also our business was open at 9 am at that time frame.
Every time our family gets together in Ste. Anne for family reunions we stay here and have always had great service and CLEAN rooms!! If we need anything at all we just phone up the front from our room and we get taken care of!!!! DONT LET ONE BAD REVIEW change you from staying there who knows what happened!
