Macdonald's Prescriptions @ Fairmont Medical Building

My son ordered compression stockings from this pharmacy. He was measured & the stockings were delivered. They did not give any instructions on how to put them on properly. After a week, there was a run on the stockings & small reap. We called & requested for it to be replaced. They said the manufacturer does not want to replace. We reordered from another pharmacy. They gave him gloves and taught him how to put it on properly. No care at all after sales. Will not recommend this pharmacy.

I placed an order over phone. They charge me and told me it should be ready to pick up in 45mins to an hour. I came to pick up after work, which is more than an hour. When I came to pick up the medicine, I was told that it is not ready. I brought up that they said it would be ready in an hour but they just replied like it is busy and we are working on it.why would you say something you cant achieve? Plus the medicine is twice expensive than elsewhere. I wont go there again if I have a choice.
