DO NOT RENT WITH REZEEN. Hidden fees and rules hidden with Addendum, including unlisted move out fee. Apparent strata rules never given to me. Forced me to get renters insurance. Took 2 weeks to get a plumber for an emergency repair, then didn't reimburse me. Different people respond to my questions, all with different, conflicting answers. They like to phone instead of email so there's no paper trail, and often only respond when it's money related Worst landlord experience I've had in Vancouver

generally indifferent towards tenants need, only swift in reply when money is involved. Very pushy. Be cautious when they ask for extra deposits outside the half month of rent. Always ask for receipts because they asked me to pay for move-in-n-out fee for the strata when no such fees exists.

Push you to submit an application right away and then do not respond or follow-up. Very unprofessional and I imagine having them as landlords would be exactly the same way.
