The Doctors at this clinic are fantastic, but the front desk staff is the most unprofessional, rude and lazy I've seen anywhere. You are not doing me a favour by taking my name, you are doing you're job!! Very poorly at that. Don't even bother calling, their answer to that is putting you on hold until you give up waiting.
*This review is of Dr. Paul Arnold. Some of the other doctors at his clinic are rude, condescending, and judgemental. One of the doctors there actually brought me to tears with his poor bedside manner. Dr. Arnold is the best! He is friendly, never judgemental, understanding, kind, compassionate, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you get the help you need. Be it blood work, tests, x-rays, referrals, you name it. I wish more doctors were like him.
Having suffered with joint pain for almost 20 years, I was at the doctors office today. He questioned me about why I had joint pain, which I don't have an answer to. Sounded doubtful. Rather than calling me a liar, he sent me away with a placebo type joint cream which is useless. A person can't be applying a cream which may give relief for about 5 minutes on 5 different painful areas on both sides of her body every 10 minutes. It doesn't work. I would have preferred to be challenged or out right called a liar. But the come back in 3 days if you are still in pain is freaking stupid. I work for a living and don't miss work because of this pain. Haven't had a sick day in years and that was only because I lost my voice. I wasn't looking for some oxycodin or other type addictive drug. But a placebo cream isn't gonna cut it. Thanks a bunch All well. Today was my last visit.
Used this clinic years ago and i was great. Moved away for 8 years moved back, needed a doctor. No wait time, there were no patients there. The doctor was rude, made me feel like he had better things to do then help me. He requested some results from specialist who had done EMG and MRI. A week later I was called to the clinic again since results were there from my tests, and I needed another appointment with the specialist. Upon my visit my results were read to me then I was told I need another appointment but they refused to make it for me, telling me to go back to myn family doctor. I DON'T HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR!!! When I told the idiot this he just said " Oh well, I won't help you." I What an idiot, very rude and unprofessional. What is a medical clinic for if not to help patients who need medical help? Wow is this place a waste of time! I wouldn't take my dog there.
