After asking around to quite a few people on where to get my wedding dress cleaned, I was always recommended Drycleaning by Dave. I took my gown in and the staff was very informative. I got a call shortly after leaving my gown with a price and she answered any remaining questions that I had. When I picked my dress up it looked amazing, any stains that I had on the gown were completely out. It looked just as good as the day I put it on. All of the family that have seen the dress since it being cleaned say that it looks amazing!! Thank you Drycleaning by Dave for your amazing service.

I recently bought a brand new paid of miss me jeans and was told to dryclean them and because of my upcoming graduation, I decided to bring in my gown to be done. From the moment I walked in the doors the staff were very welcoming and patiently answered every question I had concerning the cleaning of my items. After I returned the quote I had been given was completely accurate and my graduation dress looked better than it had when I bought it and received many compliments on how beautiful the cleaning made it look. My jeans were also pressed perfectly, and from the staff's recommendation I got the Texas press and I have never looked better in a pair if jeans. They are absolutely the place to go and have outstanding standards from the customer service right down to the finest detail in your clothing .
I was so happy that Drycleaning By Dave was so understanding and was able to get the stains out of my outfit that was so special to me and it looks like new
Poor customer services and way over priced. Went to pick up my dress and it was almost $100 more then what I was quoted. Don't waste your time and money there are better options out there.

As a member of the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists we are backed by an international guarantee that reinforces our quality and standards in wedding gown cleaning and preservation. Dave processes each gown by hand and each gown receives supreme care and attention. We never ever start processing any gown without speaking to our customers first and without communication a gown is never processed. Our prices are entered into the system during the contact with the customer and the only time a pricing differs is if a customer adds other items such as shoes or a veil or forgets that GST isn't added on the quote it is added at time of invoicing. Our pricing is sometimes slightly higher than your average dry cleaner as we stand behind our work and quality 100%. The best is to have a quote done first because each customer is given a quote before any work is started on their gown. I guess in this case this lady was slightly confused as we follow the same policy and procedures with every gown we clean.
I dropped off some shirts and pants and had them back by the end of the day. They were quick and professional and i had them back in time to go to my meeting!
