This salon is amazing! Their customer service is friendly and pretty fast. They have a wide variety of colours. Strongly recommended !

Do not go here!!!!! I had a pedicure on Tuesday and woke up with a throbbing big toe on Thursday to find out I have a infection and will need 7 days worth of antibiotics. They don't clean their tools, it's not worth the risk!!!
Terrible customer service. Not to mention the girls that talk in a different language behind your back. Very uncomfortable setting. Not to mention denied my son getting a pedicure.
I never had a gel nails until I came to Elegance nails and now I am hooked. Thanks to the recommendation of my coworker, she always has the best nails! I love the staffs here and the quality of their gel nails. I highly recommend!

I've been going to Elegance Nails for about 5 years now. I have always had a great appt. Quyen is awesome, does beautiful nail art. Susan does my mother-in-laws nails when she visits from Montreal each year and loves her nails also!!

This is my new favorite nails place! I went in this weekend at the recommendation of my best friend, who only gets her nails done here. This was nice and clean place.I saw the ladies clean up their areas between appointment - major points! i'm really happy with my new nails, they done awesome job. This place has exceeded my expectation and I will forever be coming back. The nails are fabulous and the price is perfect. I totally recommend this place!!!

I have been to many of nails salons in this area and I have to say by so far this is the BEST, the service is great.... They take pride in the work they do... friendly and so very clean. Perfect pink and white gel nails. Listen and does whatever you want. Great work and conpetiive prices... I will never go anywhere else!
Elegance Nails has been my favourite nail salon experience in Calgary.The prices are shockingly reasonable for such a lovely salon.I have never been to a salon that saves the tools just for you(no extra cost)in a box with your name on it and are ready when you come in your appointment. They also have a large selection of shellac colors. I only have good thing to say about the staff,prices and services at Elegance Nails. I definitely go back!!!
Great experience every time I go in. They all remember me and so friendly. They take awesome care of my nails for me. I would highly recommend going in to see them. You will not be disappointed.
Yesterday I went to Elegance Nails for a pedicure along with another girlfriend. I have been going to elegance off an on for many years. I had the worst pedicure ever! They were not friendly, the massage chairs that we sat in didn't work. I saw how she cleaned the basin that my feet were in and it was not good. It was the quickest pedicure I had ever received! in and out within 25 minutes. No foot or leg massage. It was terrible. I will never be back!!
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and they made a big fuss when I was not happy with the outcome of my nails as they only put on two coats and could still see through. Said I would have to pay extra for another coat. Also, not very inviting and a cozy nail spa like atmosphere with all the debit or cash only signs all over the place! Tacky!! Would not go back!! Very over priced as well.
So I just moved into the neighborhood and was looking for a nail salon so Me and my friend from edmoton tried these guys out! First off they where very rude and didnt even talk to us at all. I explained to them all We wanted was out toe nails painted and a design put on them not a full pedicure which they said okay too. I got my nails done in the new gelish which is $18 plus the design $10 I'm fine paying $28 for my toe nails to be painted whole having a girls day. But no they then proceeded to tell me it was an extra $15 for the polish change?? I was very confused when she said it was $43 each just to get our toe nails painted!! When I tried to get her to explain she pulled the I dot speak very good English card!! I will never use this place again! The are way over priced and the staff is disrespectful and rude!!!
Take my advice and don't go here. Prices were expensive ... And my acrylic full set nails were a total disappointment. A week after my appointment, I could see my fake nails starting to lift. Cracking, air pockets and clipping. Day after, three of my fake nails fail off .... what a complete waste of money. There products are total cheap!!!! Extremely shock at how much they are charging for such a low quality job. Used your hard-earn money elsewhere!!!!
