This process has been a disaster from day one when my product was installed. I was promised a product that I did not receive. In the consultation I gauranteed 100% that the product I was wanting would be delivered. It was not. They then offered to upgrade me to a different product so I can get what I wanted. Second time around it arrives with a huge big stain in the middle of the blind. Three people that did the instal that day agreed that they felt so bad for my experience with this company. Wh
